I think I saw this concept of "posting on every page on the internet" BuzzBot from their home page:

I assume Google will take this thing to a new level and integrated with many features it does have a FUTURE. Way to go GOOG;-) Looking forward to the next "Google Miracle" Technological advances of the 22 century Today!
